By accessing, browsing, or using our Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.
1. About Events Boutique
Events Boutique is a professional event management company and Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) established in Amman, Jordan, with regional operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in delivering comprehensive event management solutions, including conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, and related services.
2. Scope of Services
Events Boutique provides a wide range of event-related services, including but not limited to:
- Full event and conference management
- Venue and accommodation coordination
- Tours, transportation, and delegate services
- Audio-visual, technology, and event applications
- Branding, printing, and production
- Sponsorship and exhibition management
- Catering, media production, and post-event reporting
The Website may also allow customers and event attendees to book and pay online for selected event-related activities, including accommodation, transportation, tours, or other ancillary services related to an event.
3. Online Bookings and Payments
All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes or fees unless otherwise stated. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateway providers. Events Boutique does not store full payment card details.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Events Boutique or its payment service providers to charge the applicable amount.
4. Third-Party Providers
Certain services offered through the Website, including hotels, transportation companies, or tour operators, may be provided by third parties.
In such cases, Events Boutique acts as a facilitator or coordinator unless explicitly stated otherwise. Third-party providers may have their own terms, conditions, and policies, which you agree to comply with.
Events Boutique shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
5.1 General Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any confirmed service, booking, or agreement with Events Boutique only by providing written notice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following cancellation policy applies based on the number of days prior to the official event date (“Event Date”):
- 120 days or more before the Event Date: No cancellation fees will apply and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
- Between 119 and 60 days before the Event Date: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
- Between 59 and 30 days before the Event Date: A cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
- Between 29 and 0 days before the Event Date: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
5.2 Refund Processing
Any applicable refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines are subject to the processing schedules of the payment gateway and financial institutions involved. Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.
5.3 Service-Specific Policies
Certain services, including accommodation bookings, transportation, tours, or other third-party services, may be subject to additional or stricter cancellation and refund policies. Such policies will be communicated during the booking process and shall prevail where applicable.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the Website and Services, you agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only, provide accurate and complete information, and comply with all applicable laws and event-specific rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and software, is the property of Events Boutique or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
